Single again on Valentine’s Day, struggling actor Alec Tucker agrees to help out his longtime friend—and unrequited love—Theresa Jones by filling in as one of the bachelors for her company’s charity auction. Alec figures it couldn’t hurt to meet someone new. Still, working with Theresa reminds him of all the reasons he never got over her. So it feels a little bittersweet when, out of nowhere, a beautiful young street artist buys a date with him for a whopping four grand.

Little does he know, Theresa’s had a major change of heart. She’s crushed when someone else wins a date with Alec—but she isn’t going down without a fight. After a pep talk from her best friend, Theresa makes a desperate move that goes against her better judgment . . . and things only get crazier from there. But with Alec ready to move on and Theresa afraid she’s pushed him away for good, maybe a little crazy is exactly what they need—before they both miss their shot.

A huge thanks to Love Swept (via NetGalley) for an advance copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.

OH MY GOSH. THIS BOOK. THIS FREAKING BOOK ❤️❤️❤️

Crazy About Love is the third installment in All About Love series and we finally meet Alec & Theresa. Both characters were also in the other books so it's nice to see their own story.
In this book, we follow Alec & Theresa and their comical and endearing journey in finding out what they really mean for each other. Alec has been in love with Theresa for so long but she rejected him so many times, a guy can only handle so many rejections. He agreed to help her by filling in as one of the bachelors for their company's charity auction. A beautiful young street artist buys a date with him for 4 grand. Turns out, Theresa had a major change of heart. She's definitely heartbroken that her plan was botched - but she isn't going to back down without a fight. Told in two POVs, one for Alec's (Alex with a c) POV and the other for Theresa's. It's definitely funny finding out that both were very much connected.

This book is definitely easy to like. It has a story line that hooks you up (check). From the first chapter up to the last, I read it in one sitting, no joke. The characters were fun (check) and just generally awesome (check). The pacing was steady (check). My problem here, I guess, was the "open relationship" thing. I'm not sure it's resolved, and oh the easy ending. The ending was a bit rushed, in my opinion. Other than that, though, I really had no problem.

Side note: I'm pretty annoyed with the cover change.

Here are some of my favorite quotes:

Hell no I don't. That bitch with the perfect smile and hipster style stole my grand gesture,
---
I tried to hate you. I tried to turn off those feelings or turn them into something else. It was impossible with you.
---
It's true what they say - you can't be friends with someone you're in love with. But the person you're in love with should be your friend.

About the author:
Cassie Mae (who dons the name Becca Ann on occasion) is the author of a few hundred—okay, maybe not that many—books. Since writing her bestselling debut, Reasons I Fell for the Funny Fat Friend, she has published books with Random House, Swoon Romance, and Tulip Romance. She has a favorite of all her babies, but no, she won’t tell you what it is (mainly because it changes depending on the day). Along with writing, Cassie likes to binge-watch Teen Wolf and The Big Bang Theory. She can quote Harry Potter lines quick as a whip. And she likes kissing her hubby, but only if his facial hair is trimmed. She also likes cheesecake to a very obsessive degree.
